The sight of of young children holding school bags with ton of books inside is not common in a society where education is more become a money earning activity.The school doesn’t seems to realize the harmful effect of young children being loaded with unnecessary books in the name of ‘quality’ education .According to Research children should not carry more than 10 percent of their body weight in their backpacks .On average our school children carry 30 percent of their weight in books.In most civilized societies even pack animals do not carry more than 25 percent of their body weight.
Shoulders and low back pain ,muscle and neck spasms ,tingling and numbness in the hands and fingers are symptoms youngster and experience when their back pack are overloaded . Children usually stack books and other items such as lunch boxes or any other stuff at the bottom of the packs .The youngsters then sling the whole thing over their shoulders any thing straps. these heavy and and enen loads distort posture causing musctle strain and fatigue.Meanwhile I came to one of wonderful book by Dennis C Carey and now I am going to read this book , see you in the next post !

Yesterday I went to the wedding of one of my best friend and I enjoyed the wedding ceremoney alot and especially I have enjoyed the gathering with my friends , one these kind of events you meet with the old friends which you have left because of the busy routine lol - sometime yoy see something unique in these weddings and its really an awesome way of entertainment , but the one dark aspect of the wedding now a days is the extra ordinary cost and expenses.At night when I talked to my friedn he told me that he has spend about 1 Million pakistani rupees on his wedding and its really expensive , in traditional pakistani wedding there are normally three days which are to be celebrated in the wedding but now a days some famlies extend that to a week , because they have extra money for fun . But those who are not that rich make is quite simple , I mean to say that we should not waste that much money in that kind of events but we should make it simple and just minimize the celecration , My friend have booked the PC peshawer for Waleema programe it really cost him alot , as its a five star hotel and giving the waleema to more than 500 people really counts alot . Being as a country manager of pakistan Nestle this amount is noting for him but I am really worried about my marriage lol - because I am not going to spend more than 2 lakh in my marriage lol .. all of the rooms were protected using the EcoQuest International technology and all the environment was neat & clean . One can find electronic things in the local market place but it’s very difficult to search for the things in the market if you don’t know the model number and the specification .However , if you will use internet as a source of searching the electronic things then it will minimize your work and you can do the work of a day within an hour . Don’t you think it’s an easy way . So. what you have to do actually , you should search for the electronic part on some Electronics Catalog and you will find your desired things there . Obsolete Semiconductors are mostly used in the projects and one has to find this stuff . However if you know about some good site where you can order all the things then you should use these services rather than going to market and asking the merchants one by one lol . I buy things in this way and I am very happy with this method .
If you are a student and you are doing some electrical engineering project then you should first search for some good project and your second step should be the search for the availability of teh parts . If the parts are easily available to you then go for such a project else don’t waste your time and try to search another good project .

Today I am very disappointed because I have seen one very bad aspect of my country ‘pakista’ , I bought one tablet yesterday and I found is fake , I came to know about this from my cousion who is a formacy student . He told me that this tablet is imported from abroad and its not manufactured in pakistan .He showed me that all the trademarks are fake and some fake people are selling this tablet . I thought that I shoud rise that issue on TV and other news channels , and for this I have a comtact with GEO television and I hope that I can convey some public service messages . Pharmaceutical manufacturing should have some lincense and should be manufactured under some watch . If someone is selling some fake tablets then they should be given hard punishment so that no one in the future tends to take that step again .
